The Rubber Powder Production Line crushes the waste tire and other rubber resource into rubber powder which sized 20-30mesh. During the process, steel, fiber and other useful materials will be collected through classifying, filtering, purifying. These rubber powder are very good material for reclaim rubber and other more rubber product.
The Characteristic
1. Energy conservation: The whole production line power with capacity 450-500kg/h is only 130-140kw. It has the lowest cost.
2. Small occupied area: The occupied area of production line is about 100-200sqms.
3. Easy to operate and save labor: one line need about 2-3staffs/shift.
