History:

Our company established the first reclaimed rubber factory in 1985, established the first rubber products factory in 1990 and established independent researched the tires-crushing equipment in 1995. We started cooperation with the Research Institute in 2000 in order to research the comprehensive utilization of waste rubber. So we have advanced technologies and 23 years of experience.

 

Location:

Our company located in Renqiu city, Hebei province. It is near to the JING-JIU railway and 106 national highway. We enjoy a convenient traffic being only 150 kilometers away from Chinese captial Beijing and adjacent Xingang Port Tianjin.

 

Technological Advantages:

We have our own R & D Center, and cooperated with Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute of Beijing and Qingdao University of Science. So we master the advanced technology related industries.

 

Related Industries:

Rubber powder manufacturing, Rubber products manufacturing, Reclaimed rubber manufacturing, and equipment manufacturing are made from waste tyre recycling. We have a strong advantage of industrial chain. At present our four projects including waste tyre crushing project, rubber floor tiles production project, tyre retreading project and composite & breathe freely plastic runway construction project. These projects were favorably reviewed by experts ,and have attracted widely attention and got confirmation of customers at home and abroad. For instance, it has been exported to Europe, North America and South- east Asia, such as Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Poland, and Thailand, etc.

 

Waste Tyre Crushing Project: Crushing waste tyres that could chang rubber powder or rubber granule with different sizes by our tire crushing production line, and remove the fiber and steel wire Completely.

 

Rubber Floor Tiles Production Project: This project can producing a variety of rubber floor tiles which takes the tyre or rubber sundries granule and other agents as the main raw materials. These tiles have been widely used in the stadium, garden, kindergarten and other places.

 

Tyre Retreading Project: This project can restore worn tyres with new treads through grinding, repairing, co-paste treading and vulcanizing by boiler. There is no significant difference in quality between new and retreaded tyres

 

Composite& Breathe Freely Plastic Runway Construction Project: Paving plastic runway  takes the tyre or rubber sundries granule and other agents as the main raw materials. It has beautiful color, good elasticity, high strength, wear-resistant.
